Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Being that all sales are final, please make sure that you’ve carefully read the product description and have contacted us at contact@lilyandpeabody.com with any questions before making a purchase. Refunds or replacements may be given for items that we find do not match the listing description or that may arrive damaged from transit. Refunds or replacements will not be given for products ordered in the incorrect size or variation. Cancellations may be approved if contacted within 24 hours of placing the order.
